ARCHERY
Introduction
Members of LEAPS have tried archery at two different Calvert Trust activity centres, and a private club at Gilesgate School in Durham.
With specially adapted equipment, most disabled people
can take part in archery with the assistance of very helpful instructors and staff.
Both Calvert Trust centres had specially trained staff for working with people with disabilities and having the right equipment to enable them to participate.
